I also enjoy doing illustrative editorial projects. I've been doing them periodically for many years, immersing myself in diverse worlds such as the pinball and video industry, newspapers, individual businesses and production companies. Most of the time I am sent an article, story line or idea and it is up to me to conceptualize and then render an editorial illustration to go along with it. It is always challenging and exciting to visually capitalize on a story or theme, plucking out the richest impact from the context.
